How it works:
Each of the topics below is a session that consists of five modules. Each module is a combination of on- demand video and self-paced learning. You can take these five sessions in any order you would like, however, we recommend you take the modules within the sessions in sequential order.

• Conflict Resolution: The “Chicken Soup” for Organizations
• Coaching and Team Leadership
• Presentation Skills and Effective Communication Practices
• Contract Management

Each session covers key concepts in leadership with readings, videos and instructional components to help you better your leadership skills.

The sixth and final session of the Institute will be offered as an instructor- led in-person class, either in Hilton Head (July) or Las Vegas (September).  If you cannot attend in person we will live-stream the class during those dates. This final session - Problem Solving to Achieve Sustainable Outcomes, will include classroom discussion on this topic as well as feedback on the full leadership experience from experts on leadership.

Take all sessions 1-5 first, then you will end with session 6 (virtually or in-person).
