I have had the good fortune of being led by talented, effective leaders – the type that push you to be better, lead by example, and help you grow in ways that positively affect life at work, of course, but also well beyond your current career.  Leaders build teams- and being part of a team that makes unimaginable things “imaginable” and ultimately a reality, is something to treasure. 
 
Rex Marks is one of those effective leaders and the creator of the FPS Leadership Institute. Thanks to his generosity,  I recently had the opportunity to ask him a few questions about leadership and what went into the creation of The FPS Leadership Institute.
