With the new CMMC rule now in place, the Federal Government has implemented the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). This system will score each contractor based on a cybersecurity assessment, and these sUnderstanding the evaluation process and what is expected from contractors is crucial for success. This course explains how to determine Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and how to protect them properly. Specifically, it will review the NARA and DOD CUI websites and show how to determine whether data is FCI or CUI. Additionally, it will cover the latest techniques and technologies for properly isolating and protecting CUI data, whether on-prem or in a cloud.
