  • I Just Bought an FPS OnePass Subscription. What Are the Terms & Conditions?
    TERMS APPLICABLE TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION 

    Your FPS subscription username, password, and account are for your personal use ONLY and should be kept confidential. Password transferring or sharing is strictly prohibited under your subscription agreement. Furthermore, group viewing of FPS content with those that do not have a paid subscription is also prohibited. For group viewing or to purchase additional access links, please call 888-494-3696 or contact us.

    Federal Publications Seminars (FPS) grants the Subscriber (you) a non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, non-assignable, non-exclusive license for the subscription purchased, subscribed to, and paid for by the Subscriber. In no event shall the license granted under this Agreement extend to any subscription, or for any term, not duly paid for by Subscriber.  

    Subscriber may use knowledge and expertise obtained through the content provided by the subscription for his/her own benefit but shall not build, package, sell, resell, or deliver any FPS content within the subscription for monetary gain or otherwise.

    WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FPS ONEPASS AND I WANT TO ATTEND A CLASSROOM COURSE OR FPS EVENT?
    All FPS OnePass subscribers must log in to their subscription and register for any classroom or in-person course you wish to attend. This registration is your ‘ticket’ to attend the course. Because of potential room capacity issues at some of our venues, no one who has not officially registered will be allowed to attend.

    WHAT IF I REGISTER FOR A COURSE AND THEN CHANGE MY MIND?
    Failure to attend a course for which you are registered. FPS works with each venue to plan for the appropriate number of attendees for each course. Please call us at 888.494.3696 or contact us here if you cannot attend so someone else can use your spot. There may be a penalty for failure to notify us.

    COURSE MATERIALS FOR PUBLIC/CLASSROOM COURSES
    Most course materials will be distributed electronically to registrants approximately 7-10 business days prior to the start of the class only to registered attendees. Third party books will be distributed onsite for some courses, per the course instructor’s request. Sharing of electronic materials is strictly prohibited.
  • How do I register for a course?
    Registering for a classroom or virtual course, webinar/webinar series, or an FPSEvent is easy - learn more. You can register online or you can register by phone. Call (888) 494-3696, and a representative will assist you.
  • What is the difference between a webinar and a virtual course?
    FPS Webinar: A seminar that is 60-90 minutes in length that is delivered online via GoToWebinar.

    FPS Virtual Course: Offers the same high-quality content and subject matter experts as our in-person classroom courses and is delivered online, allowing you to train from any location.
    • A "live" virtual course is completed in real-time with other students and is highly interactive with student participation and Q&A time. Virtual courses are typically 1-5 days in length and presented in 3- or 4-hour sessions.
    • Students may also purchase on-demand virtual courses and those can be completed at the student's own pace. 
  • What happens if I purchase and register for a public, in person course and that course is cancelled?
    FPS will work with you to ensure you receive the value of your purchase. You will be able to use your "credit" toward that course when it is offered in the future and you will be eligible to take the course virtually if offered.
  • How long can I access a virtual course or webinar series that I've purchased?
    You will have access to the webinar series or virtual series for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchase the "live" webinar, webinar series, or virtual course, you will also receive access to the on-demand version - for 6 months from the date of the broadcast of the live course.

    Access to an on-demand webinar, webinar series or virtual course is limited to a single user only. During this time, you can view the product as many times as you like. After the 6 month period has expired, you will no longer have access to the product. If you wish to view something for longer than 6 months, you may want to consider an FPSOnline Subscription that gives you full access to all of our webinars, webinar series, and virtual courses for 1 year.
  • What kind of credits can I receive?
    Most live courses offer CLE for Attorneys, CPE for Accounting Professionals, CLP for Federal Government Personnel, NCMA Continuing Education, and General CEUs. Though we do not have formal relationships with all organizations, most recognize FPS as offering quality programs and accept credit towards continuing education. However, you will want to check with them and self-submit the request for credit.
  • I have not received my CLE or CPE credit. Who do I contact?
    After you fill out the course form, you should have received an email from CeriFi that they have received your request and have forwarded the request for credit to your jurisdiction. CeriFi is our administrator for the continuing education credits (CLE and CPE) and you may need to follow up with them or with the jurisdiction you are requesting credit. After 30 days, please get in touch with our accreditation partners at CeriFi.
  • How can I get ahold of an instructor if I have a question after I have taken the class?
    Contact Us with your contact information, date, title of the course and we will forward your information to the instructor.
  • I have a large group that needs training on specific topics. What are my options?
    Call us at 888.865.9082! We can work with you to bring a subject matter expert to your location or provide some options for taking our courses via classroom or virtually or a combination of both. Learn more about FPSCustom here.
  • Having trouble viewing PDFs while using a Google Chrome browser?
    If you are unable to open a PDF file, right-click on the link and select "save-as". This will allow you to save the file to the directory of your choosing, and open it directly with Adobe Acrobat.
