  • Hotel & Room Block Info
    We have a room block secured for the Hilton Head weeklong event. For guest room reservations, click here. Group rate is $269 + taxes, plus a Resort Charge of $17/room/night (this is reduced from the normal $28/night). You must make your reservation by July 5, 2021. Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Government Per Diem
    Please note that we have reserved a limited number of guest rooms at the government per diem. These rooms are limited to one attendee per qualifying company. You will be required to present a valid Government ID upon check-in to confirm use of the government rate. To make a reservation, click here.

    During Hilton Head Week, we will be serving continental breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack each day. 

    SAFETY/COVID PROTOCOL
    The health and safety of FPS clients and Westin Hilton Head Island guests is our top priority.  As we welcome you back to our in-person courses and events, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19.  Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance - fully vaccinated guests and associates are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel unless required by local law.  The hotel and FPS ask that unvaccinated attendees continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.  In addition, the Westin has installed partitions at their Front Desk and other high-contact areas and strongly encourages social distancing throughout the resort.  

    Enhanced Cleaning Protocols have been added at the Westin Hilton Head Island.  They’ve increased the frequency of cleaning in every space of the resort including high-traffic and high-touch areas like restrooms, elevators, doors, and handles which are disinfected regularly.  The staff has been trained on updated protocols, with daily reinforcement.  Hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the resort, and FPS will provide personal hand sanitizers at the registration desk.
