This session will be the first session, held in two parts and focuses on the federal labor compliance regulations included within specific federal funding opportunities. Government contractors face increased requirements to pay their workers a minimum stipulated wage and fringe benefit rate per hour. This session will provide an overview of each regulation's requirements including determining the applicability or coverage at the contract and employee levels, wage determinations, and violations.
