Contract closeout continues to be a challenge for DCMA and industry even after DCAA has become current with indirect rate audits. The number of contracts subject to closeout is significant as multiple rate years have been audited and negotiated. This session will be the first session, held in two parts and focuses on the federal labor compliance regulations included within specific federal funding opportunities. Government contractors face increased requirements to pay their workers a minimum stipulated wage and fringe benefit rate per hour.
