In this session, we will examine subpart F of 2 CFR 200 and discuss the post award audit requirements associated with grants and cooperative agreements. We will examine the Compliance Supplement and how it is used by auditors during the audit. We will review the most common audit procedures used and discuss how an organization can prepare in advance to help ensure a successful compliance audit. Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, students will be familiar with the audit requirements associated with grants and cooperative agreements. Students will have an understanding of how organizations have received non-compliance findings in the past and what the best practices are the help ensure their organization does not have any findings.
