  • How Do I Access My Virtual Course?
Federal Publications Seminars (FPS) uses the GoToWebinar platform to deliver virtual courses.

    Join Links
When you purchased your Virtual Course, you will have received two emails: a purchase confirmation email; and a separate email from Federal Publications Seminars that contained “join links” for you to join the individual sessions (e.g. AM session and PM session for each day).

    Download GoToWebinar Software Now

To save you time, we've designed the desktop software to automatically install itself when you join a session. When you click Download below, you will be launched into the waiting room a test meeting.

Download for PC                    Download for Mac

Note that this is not a live session, so as soon as you see the confirmation screen appear you can exit.

If you’re joining the session from a mobile device, a GoToWebinar mobile app is required.
Join on the go from your mobile phone or tablet.

    Joining a Virtual Course Session

Open the “join link” email and click on the link for the associated date/time that you’re attending. You can open it in any web browser to automatically join the session!

An ‘Open GoTo Opener’ will pop up and ask if you want to open it; click Open GoTo Opener. You can then use your computer’s audio – or you can call in from your phone. There will be a phone number and access code in a panel on the right-hand side of your screen.

Contact us if you have any questions about your specific environment or if you are experiencing any technical issues. Be sure to close all other tabs, browsers, and programs while streaming your content. It may also help to hard wire your internet connection instead of using a wireless connection.

While Federal Publications Seminars may run without issue in older operating systems and browser versions, these are not actively tested and we may not address issues that appear when operating within these older environments.
