This webinar series explores how contractors can work with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) on several current and imminent significant practice areas consisting of contractor purchasing system reviews, government property reviews, and contract closeout.  As part of these webinars, we will discuss the challenges and common pitfalls, along with the best practices and successful strategies industry and DCMA can utilize for successful outcomes:  
 

  • The first session covers contract closeout, which continues to be a significant challenge for industry and DCMA.  This session addresses how DCMA and industry can coordinate to address the extensive contract closeout backlog and challenges industry faces.  
  • The second session addresses government property reviews, including clarity around high-level government property system requirements. We will discuss government property lifecycle focus areas for contractors as well as DCMA auditors.  
  • The third session provides an overview of Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs). We will dive into the myriad of compliance requirements, discuss DCMA’s expectations for policies and documentation, identify practical tips for successfully navigating a CPSR, and discuss strategies for addressing and resolving review findings.
