This 3-part series is designed to demystify doing business with the DoD with a goal to seek government contracts. While the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) governs the majority of federal organizations, the Department of Defense (DoD) has its own unique requirements and principles that Industry needs to be aware of.

This series will not only explain how the FAR processes effect Industry but how the DoD requirements intersect with those “standard” requirements. You simply can’t discuss one without the other. A simplified contracting paradigm of “Pre-Award” processes, “Award” processes, and “Post-Award” processes will be used to explain the “Big Picture.”

These live webinars are eligible for both CLE and CPE credit.
NOTE: CPE/CLE credit for attendees are subject to participation and approval by the governing boards.
