There is a reason the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Disclosure Statement is referred to as a barrier to entry for the award of some FAR Part 15 negotiated contracts. The CASB Disclosure Statement fun begins with a triggering solicitation and endures through the triggering contract(s) period of performance. Whether you are a longtime CAS-covered contractor or about to trigger the Disclosure Statement requirements for the first time, this 4-part primer explores key milestones, including:
  • What is a Disclosure Statement
  • How is the requirement triggered
  • How to complete the Government form(s)
  • Common audit pitfalls to watch out for
  • Frequency and need for updates
This Disclosure Statement webinar series is a practical guide to explaining the requirements, process, and common challenges encountered by contractors and oversight officials alike. Understanding the compliance requirements is essential to facilitate compliance in CAS-covered contracts. Each 90-minute session will acquaint the participant with a different facet of the Disclosure Statement and build on the previous session. Register for the entire series or join us for an individual webinar that suits your business needs.

Our series leader, Deb Nixon brings her unique perspective and experience to each of the four sessions. Deb shares her over 30 years of experience as a career-dedicated Government contracts practitioner.

These live webinars are eligible for both CLE and CPE credit.
NOTE: CPE/CLE credit for attendees are subject to participation and approval by the governing boards.
