Join us for this four part webinar series where we will explore accounting and pricing practices used by contractors to help optimize their indirect rate structure to help improve contract competitive positioning and cost recovery.

Wrap rate, multiplier, adder, burden, load factor, overhead… Analogous terms used to describe indirect cost. As Government contractors, often times our success is dependent upon our direct and indirect costing. While a cost-based Government contractor’s survival is linked to its indirect rate structure, the methods used to classify direct and indirect cost are unique to each contractor. These methods may be impacted by the competitive environment; management objectives; product and service offerings; contract portfolios and more.

In this four part webinar series, each session will tackle some of the unique accounting and pricing requirements faced by Government contractors including:  Introducing participants to the significance of indirect costs and cost management; Government contracting requirements related to indirect costs; Managing and monitoring indirect costs; and Indirect rate structure design and optimization.  Each 90 minute webinar will acquaint the participant with a different aspect of direct and indirect costing/pricing for Government contracts and offers 1.5 hours of CPE.

The four part series includes:

Session I:    Indirect Cost Basics
Session II:   Contract Requirements and Indirect Cost Rates
Session III:    Managing and Monitoring Indirect Rates
Session IV:   Design and Optimization of the Indirect Rate Structure

Register for the entire series or join us for an individual webinar that suits your business
needs.
