Learning Objectives:
This series will provide the compliance requirements per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Labor (DOL), and Internal Revenue Services (IRS) for complying with various prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. It will also provide industry best practices for adhering to the regulations that is compliant, compelling, and competitive. Completing this series will provide you the perspective of the people, processes, and technology needed to demonstrate compliance with labor regulations. 


These live webinars are eligible for both CLE and CPE credit.
