This is session 1 of 2 in the A Guide to the Buy American and Trade Agreements Act virtual course.

During this course, we will introduce students to the multiplicity of, and distinctions among, “Buy American” and other domestic preference statutes, regulations, and policies, for example President Biden’s Executive Order on Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America’s Workers.
