Please join FPS for the third of three webinars in FPS' thought leadership webinar series on the hiring crunch.
With the current tight labor market, retention is more important than ever. A renewed look at — and an investment in — employee development could provide a significant advantage when it comes to retention. For many job seekers, a new position is only the beginning of their “wish list” for employment; career development and advancement are top of mind when looking for a new job.
During this webinar, our panel of experts - Evan Lesser, Sophia Marshall, and Leah Schmid - will provide meaningful discussion and share insights and best practices in how to retain talent through continuing professional development.
The following questions will be answered during the webinar:
How do you retain your best employees? Can you share some examples of best practices?
How important to employees are professional development opportunities?
How are you keeping competitors from picking off your talent?
What are the average employee tenure trends today?
Are employees job hopping more now than in the past?
What are you hearing in exit interviews?
Who should attend:
Human resources professionals
Training and development professionals
Hiring managers
