This is session 2 of 3 in the Leveraging Agile for Government Contractors series.

The second webinar in the series will review Agile planning processes and artifacts.     Dave is a Principal and co-founder of C&S Consulting. He has more than 25 years of experience with both government and commercial customers in the implementation of systems and methodologies to improve management processes. He has worked with organizations in highly regulated industries such as aerospace and defense, government contracting, and natural resources to implement project controls systems that ensure mission-critical projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Dave has extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for both the U.S. Government and government contractors. In addition, he has provided EVMS assurance services supporting government contractors' EVMS compliance with the ANSI/EIA 748 standard. He provides a unique perspective gained through his experience directly supporting Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DOD) programs surveillance of contractors EVM reporting and EVM Systems.

    He actively supports several government and industry associations that are developing improved project controls processes and surveillance of project controls systems. He frequently presents at conferences and training workshops on a variety of related industry topics.
