Linda Weinberg provides practical advice to business and institutional clients on international trade law, including export controls, foreign assets control and customs. She works regularly with the U.S. and foreign government agencies that regulate international trade to help clients realize their distinct objectives surrounding their global commerce initiatives.

Theresa Youngblood has significant international trade compliance and regulatory law experience and advises domestic and international entities in the public and private sectors on building successful strategies and on dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in providing tailored counsel for matters involving export control and compliance, particularly with regard to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Customs and Border Protection regulations, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations.
