This two-day course is a comprehensive exploration of the financial impacts of compensation management practices and compensation costs associated with FAR 31.206-6 Compensation for Personal Services. Course coverage includes DCAA audit practices and trends related to executive compensation, as well as other forms of compensation. The course will compare the DCAA use (or non-use) of the Taylor and Metcon cases with the prevailing industry point of view. “Reasonableness” criteria for compensation costs will also be addressed, including sufficiency of documentation and benchmarking practices. This course schedule anticipates time for discussion of participants’ issues and answering questions.
