Indirect rate optimization is more than just a lower multiplier – It’s a multiplier which enables a contractor to win contracts, recover allowable cost incurred, and embodies the company’s cost account practices.  Alternative business models, Increasing the use of shared services; Integration, consolidation and divestiture of lines of business; Expenditure control; and Assessing cost accounting practices are approaches contractors use to facilitate contract profitability and compliance.  This webinar will discuss indirect cost trends and identify approaches contractors engage to optimize indirect rates and contract compliance.  

Learning Objectives: Session participants will expand their indirect rate perspective and the implications on the contract, the organization, compliance and business objectives.  Participants will also be able to identify some leading practices used for indirect rate optimization and mitigate compliance implications

Deborah is the founder of Crosshair Advisors, and a retired Partner with Ernst & Young’s Government Contract Services practice where she worked for 25 years.
