This is Session 13 of the Foundations of the FAR webinar series.

Cara Wulf of McCarter & English, LLP will discuss the protest authorities; the Contract Disputes Act of 1978; initializing a claim; the authority, duties, and decisions of a Contracting Officer; as well as ADR and contract clauses.

    Cara Wulf is a partner in the Government Contracts & Global Trade practice group at McCarter & English. She focuses her practice on government contracts and regulations.
