This is Session 15 of the Foundations of the FAR webinar series.

Attorney Michael Killham will cover R&D Contracting (Part 35) including the use of government property and use of Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC). This part prescribes policies and procedures of special application to research and development (R&D) contracting.

Part 46 Scope
This part prescribes policies and procedures to ensure that supplies and services acquired under government contract conform to the contract’s quality and quantity requirements. Included are inspection, acceptance, warranty, and other measures associated with quality requirements.
