Noah Leiden has been with Baker Tilly since 2010. He has worked in government contracting consulting since 1991 serving manufacturing, engineering, professional services, information and communications, healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations. Noah has extensive experience providing a range of government contract accounting, pricing, business system and internal control oversight, and regulatory and contract compliance to his clients.

As a member of Baker Tilly’s Government Contractor Advisory Services team, Shingai provides the practice with another level of expertise not only in government contracting, but also in the healthcare industry, where he focuses a large portion of his time. Shingai has extensive knowledge of government contract accounting and compliance matters. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, he worked as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at UnitedHealthcare Military & Veterans, where he focused on all aspects of the financial forecasting and reporting, accounting, estimating and procurement business systems.
