Intra/inter-company transactions are fairly common across US Government contractors. Kicking off our 3-part webinar series on Doing Business with Yourself… or an Affiliate - Simplifying USG Contract Pricing and Accounting for Related Parties, we focus on identifying and illustrating the difference between intracompany and intercompany transactions and the impacts on multiple facets of a USG contractors’ business, including contract compliance, pricing, accounting, and tax.

Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to ascertain the difference between intracompany and intercompany transactions; Identify contractor business implications between the two; and start to summarize the USG contract unique compliance implications that may affect indirect rate burdens and profitability of these transactions.

Deborah is the founder of Crosshair Advisors, and a retired Partner with Ernst & Young’s Government Contract Services practice where she worked for 25 years.
