This session 1 of 2 in the U.S. Export Controls on Dual-Use Goods Series.
To assist you in successfully dealing with the export controls impacting your business, this webinar will provide you with an entry point into the EAR’s controls on dual-use or lower-level military items. The webinar aims to increase your ability to recognize EAR-controlled products and technology, recognize various potential licensing trigger points, and determine whether your export requires a license. The webinar will also include exercises to assist with applying the newly learned rules and concepts.
