Sophia Marshall, MHR, BCC is the Employer Relations Manager, GovCon Associate, and Adjunct Faculty for George Mason University’s School of Business. She conducts outreach to employers in the Northern VA area, linking them to opportunities to interface with undergraduate and graduate students. She also delivers career guidance focused on federal and GovCon industries. Sophia’s background is in higher education, workforce training and development, and instructional design. Leah Schmid
