She has spent over 18 years in technology consulting and applies her engineering background with advances in technology to unlock enterprise innovation. With over a decade of experience in AI-ML deployment, she has delivered hundreds of successful AI solutions, including numerous first-in-class AI-enabled applications. She has helped many Fortune 500 clients develop practical strategies for enterprise adoption of AI, and has won several awards for AI solutions delivered for clients.

Richard leads artificial intelligence governance and risk management at Protiviti. During his three-decade career, he’s advised clients on technology strategy, cyber security strategy and governance, data and information governance, Infonomics, eDiscovery, and operational risk management. Rich has designed, implemented, and run global governance functions for large financial services institutions, working closely with business leaders as well as risk management, compliance, and audit to develop and execute enterprise-wide programs, policies, guidelines, and standards covering data and information risk.
