This 4-part webinar series will introduce students to the fundamentals of the Buy American Act and the Trade Agreements Act. We will cover the basics of the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act, and implementing regulations in both civilian and DoD procurements, as well as discuss practical considerations for working with the BAA/TAA requirements. We will also review recent developments in Buy American compliance, and will look ahead to new developments already on the horizon.
