With today’s ever-changing regulatory landscape affecting Government contractors, understanding and managing flowdowns presents significant challenges, with consequences that reach beyond subcontract compliance to every part of a contractor’s business.

From negotiating clauses with the Government, to identifying mandatory (versus non-mandatory/optional) FAR and agency flowdowns and negotiating them with subcontractors, to managing subcontractor implementation of flowdowns and monitoring, managing flowdowns can literally make or break a project.
