Stephen Bacon is an associate in Rogers Joseph O’Donnell’s government contracts practice group. Prior to joining RJO, he served as a Trial Attorney for the Navy where he was responsible for defending claims against the government at Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims. In his current practice, he assists contractors in all facets of RJO’s government contracts practice and focuses specifically on REAs, claims and terminations.

Lucas Hanback is a shareholder in Rogers Joseph O’Donnell’s government contracts practice group. He litigates claims on behalf of government contractors and has extensive experience before the Court of Federal Claims, the Boards of Contract Appeals, and other federal and state courts and administrative forums. He has been named a “Rising Star” by Legal 500, and has also been recognized by SuperLawyers since 2013.

Aaron Raddock is the National Co-Leader of BDO’s Government Contracts Practice. He focuses in the area of advisory services working with government contractors in virtually every industry on a wide range of business issues and regulatory compliance matters. Aaron regularly assists federal contractors with the development of REAs, Claims, and Termination Settlement proposals and frequently support clients in other areas involving complex cost accounting, audits, investigations and disputes.
