Stephen Bacon is an associate in Rogers Joseph O’Donnell’s government contracts practice group. Prior to joining RJO, he served as a Trial Attorney for the Navy where he was responsible for defending claims against the government at Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims. In his current practice, he assists contractors in all facets of RJO’s government contracts practice and focuses specifically on REAs, claims and terminations.

Lucas Hanback is a shareholder in Rogers Joseph O’Donnell’s government contracts practice group. He litigates claims on behalf of government contractors and has extensive experience before the Court of Federal Claims, the Boards of Contract Appeals, and other federal and state courts and administrative forums.
