He specializes in helping clients address the Federal Acquisition Regulation; Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act; Cost Accounting Standards; General Services Administration Schedule compliance, and disaster recovery funds compliance (e.g. COVID-19 Funds, FEMA, and US Army Corps of Engineers). Within this scope, he assists contractors with business proposals, requests for equitable adjustment, claims for termination, and government audits.

Kean Reilly is a Senior Manager in CohnReznick's Government Contracting Advisory Practice. In this role, Kean focuses on advising clients on the management and use of government funding as well as leading the analysis of cost incurred and invoiced on government projects. Kean performs analyses of client performance on government awards to advise on improvements related to business systems and internal control processes, project management, reporting functions, and cost recovery optimization through indirect rates in line with criteria such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Uniform Administrative Guidance (2 CFR 200). He also provides a range of other advisory services including, budgeting and estimating, business system implementations, Claims, Terminations, Request for Equitable Adjustment, Investigations, and contract administration.
