Kristen Soles serves as CohnReznick's Government Contracting Industry Leader. Based in the Tysons office, she manages the day-to-day business operations of the practice group including scheduling, hiring, and marketing services. She provides a range of advisory services for government contractors including FAR/CAS compliance, indirect cost rate structuring, cost reporting, and final incurred cost proposal compliance. Through her prior experience as a management-level contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), she acquired working knowledge of DoD compliance, allocability and allowability issues, disclosure statement requirements, GSA schedules, and DCAA audits.

Christine Williamson, CPA, PMP, is a Partner in CohnReznick’s Government Contracting Industry Practice which she led for 15 years. She provides financial and accounting consulting services that offer solutions to such complex issues as indirect rate structure development, executive compensation analysis, and mergers & acquisitions. Christine has a deep breadth of knowledge in GAAP, FAR, CAS, DCAA and DCMA. Additionally, she advises government contractors with their tax strategies and operational issues, including: financial statement reporting, disclosures, incurred cost submissions, proposals, forward pricing rates, and federal and state tax preparation.
