Overview
Available in-person or live virtually, this is the sixth and final program for the FPS Leadership Institute. It is a culmination of the five self-paced on demand programs and Session VI – Problem Solving to Achieve Sustainable Outcomes.

This day long live session led by Rex Marks will include best practices in problem solving as well as instructor-led discussion on proven leadership concepts, and a review and discussion of the five previous self-paced sessions. We plan to have participation by guest speakers who have been involved in industry leadership roles throughout their careers.
