Overview
In this newly revised format, we’ll spend two days covering the lifecycle of cost reimbursable contracts and the corresponding regulations and guidance. We’ll review each stage in detail including: Purposes and uses of cost-reimbursement contract vehicles, acquisition and proposal nuances, contract performance topics, contract close out steps, and other applicable contract administration matters. This course will also provide information on indirect rate and government audit considerations throughout the contract lifecycle. We round the course out with dispute and audit remedy options under cost reimbursable contracts, bringing real-world examples into view throughout.
