The health and safety of our community, staff and event attendees is our highest priority. As we continue to monitor guidance related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other organizations, we are committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide a safe environment that doesn’t place our staff or event attendees at undue risk. Given the evolving nature of COVID-19, FPS will continue to closely monitor developments. We are committed to providing clear and timely communications leading up to and at our events.

Classroom Courses Are Scheduled in 2022
FPS is only holding classes where the property confirms they are implementing enhanced cleaning measures and guest safety measures. If you are traveling to one of our in-person courses - or to a weeklong event such as La Jolla Government Contracts Week - the following requirements are in place:
- Wearing a mask over your nose and mouth is required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and while indoors at U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations.
LOCAL MASK REQUIREMENTS
FPS follows the guidance of the CDC here. With that said, FPS will also be adhering to state and local guidelines. We will be posting information specific to each classroom venue in the travel section of individual classroom course pages - and on FPSEvent weeklong, topical conference, and summit & forum pages.

Because your health and safety are important to us, we continue to communicate with our host venue who in turn is working with local health officials to monitor updates to COVID-19. Any changes to this event will be communicated to attendees on this page and via email.

SAFETY PRECAUTION NOTES SPECIFIC TO THE FLAMINGO HOTEL
At Flamingo Resort, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members is our primary concern. We adhere to current Covid-19 protocols set by the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control; and state and local guidelines.

FPS will provide the most current information available here on this site. In addition, casino floors, restaurants, and other seated venues have reduced their capacities to allow for appropriate social distancing.
Virtual Courses from FPS

Many of our most popular traditional classroom courses are now being offered as Virtual Courses.

Virtual Courses feature all the benefits of traditional classroom training while allowing you to train from any location! Virtual Courses offer the same high quality content and subject matter experts as our in-person classroom courses. Earn CLE and CPE credits if you attend the live sessions!
