From managing flowdowns, to completing unrelated forms, to collecting subcontract compliance-related documentation across the enterprise,  all high-performance organizations are evaluating the application and use of automated processes with its subcontract compliance processes.  Whether it’s the use of AI, smart spreadsheets, self-developed applications, or 3rd party solutions, like CPSR ProDocs, our industry is implementing subcontract compliance solutions at an unprecedented rate.  While Procurement Organizations are concerned about compliance with laws, regulations, and prime contracts requirements, their senior leadership are often focused on driving cost efficiencies across the enterprise. So, how can an organization not only streamline but also automate the subcontract compliance process?

This session will explore how high—performance organizations utilize tools such as  JA White’s CPSR ProDocs and other solutions to automate tasks associated with identifying required flowdowns, processing of procurement compliance related forms, templates, models, checklists, and related tools with game-changing results.  During this session, attendees will be able to experience a demonstration of this compliance platform while witnessing, in real time, the power and accuracy of procurement compliance automation.
