FPS Training Academy covers the essentials for all who are new to government contracting, for small and medium businesses, and for those who need a refresher.  Join FPS for any or all of these Training Academy courses: Training Academy courses will introduce students to the essential elements of government contracting as set forth in the FAR and agency-specific procurement regulations.

Who should attend:
  • Contractors and subcontractors with government contracts
  • Those new to compliance within the finance and accounting functions, program managers, general managers and directors of contracts, and legal professionals where compliance documentation and procedures are needed
They should have a base level knowledge of Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or agency-level supplements.

    Both properties are approximately a ten-minute walk to our facility (they are across the street from each other). There is a Residence Inn on the same property as the Renaissance, which can serve as an additional option when/if the Renaissance is sold out. The corporate code for the Renaissance is A10, but we do not have a preferred rate agreement/corporate code with the Residence Inn.
