1 course
This is a special one-day course designed to help clarify and prepare for the impacts of DOGE to the industry as government policy flows down through the agencies and ultimately to the contractors.

Since January 19, 2025, President Trump has signed no less than 73 Executive Orders. Some directly or indirectly impact federal contracting acquisition. This special one-day course discusses not only the Executive Orders and Agency directives, but also the recourse contractors have to recover costs related to contract modifications and contract terminations.

We will start with a review of the most important impacts and then move into how to mitigate risks, issues with contract terminations for convenience (T4C) and how to recover costs through a termination settlement proposal. We will also cover the challenges now facing contractors with civilian agency contracts and grants.

Don’t miss out on this  important course and participate in the discussion - limited space available!

We will cover:
  • Executive Orders impacting the industry
  • Importance of assessing your financial risk
  • Understanding and preparing for possible contract terminations
  • Understanding potential contract modifications and equitable adjustments
  • Impact on agencies and preparing for impacts to your business
  • Impact on Grants and Recipients
