Day 2, Track 2 of a 2-Day Forum for EVM Practitioners

The EVMP is organized by EVM application users to share best practices and help others become more effective in their use of EVM tools, analysis, and reporting.

Track 2, the Agile Management Track, will provide critical information for organizing, planning, and executing software development programs using an Agile Development methodology for Federal Government contracts. Sessions also include applying EVM methods to Agile projects. This track will feature a keynote speaker and subject matter experts from private and government industries.
