Day 1 of a 2-Day Forum for EVM Practitioners

Federal Publications Seminars and EVMP, co-chairs of the 2024 EVM Practitioners' Forum are excited to announce the 14th Annual Earned Value Management Practitioners (EVMP) Forum!

This event aims to help project control professionals understand government requirements and objectives, and implement effective EVMS processes and tools for reliable project performance reporting.

The Forum will take place at the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center on historic Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Washington, DC. It is within walking distance of the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Museums, and many of the city's finest hotels.

This two-day training workshop brings together project controls professionals to share best practices and help others use EVM tools, analysis, and reporting more effectively.

EVM Practitioners' Forum will feature keynote sessions in the morning and break off into three "interest areas" in the afternoon. Topics will include:
  • DOD EVM Policies, Guidance, and Processes
    • DoD Integrated Program Management Division Update
