This one day virtual  course will give both contractors and government acquisition personnnel an understanding of how to develop and decompose a Statement of Work (SOW) whether it be from a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. In addition, it will provide the fundamental skills to write work statements whether it be a Prime or Subcontractor. The Statement of Work (SOW) forms the foundation of any contract. After completing this course, you will be able to:
  • Know the basic federal acquisition contract structure
  • Analyze different types of work statements to determine the government’s requirements
